JAMIE'S STORY
Jamie is the owner and founder of Xylem Resourcing Partners Ltd. Over the last 13 years he has helped hundreds of clients in their ambitions for growth and continuous improvement by providing a range of services including advertising & marketing, interim management, executive recruitment and consultancy.
During this time he has worked with organisations across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Local Government, Higher Education, the Third Sector, Engineering and Manufacturing, although for the most part has specialised in the Health & Care space which he has exclusively worked with for the last 10 years.
Jamie’s determination in delivering the best he can for his employers, clients and associates has led him to achieving a number of accolades to date. From being recognised as the top performing consultant within two different companies, to achieving a number of successful promotions, winning numerous awards as well as being independently voted as one of the Top 12 Consultants in the Country two years in a row via the Institute of Interim Managers Survey (IIM).

Jamie’s home life is a busy one, happily married to Marisa with 7 year old twin girls Florence & Isabella as well as Penny their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Jamie lives with his family in Bristol however being originally from London he is often shooting down the M4 to see family and friends. He is also a keen golfer, once a promising youngster but now a frustrated wannabe and will escape to the course whenever he gets a chance.
