Very nice place with a lovely atmosphere and very comfy. Lots of little extras like toiletries, slippers, candles, homemade bread and granola for breakfast with fresh fruit. Very clean place. Would recommend Rie’s house for a relaxing break and the massage lady she put us in touch with came to the house and it was a wonderful experience.

This was truly one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Marie was incredibly kind and generous and I felt so well cared for. The space was beautiful and in an amazing location. We absolutely loved this house! It's very conveniently located in Glastonbury for either walking to the Tor or walking to the central street of shops and restaurants. It's beautifully decorated but also very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean and well organized and labelled. There was a guest fridge and breakfast fixings all ready for us, which was a huge help as we were leaving too early in the morning to plan on breakfast at a cafe! Marie was an absolutely wonderful host and available to answer questions and very easy to communicate with beforehand as well. The beautiful interior and wonderful hosting make this a place we'll come back to in a heartbeat if we're ever in the area again!

Marie's space was just beautiful. Very clean, modern baths, comfortable beds, lovely touches in and around the home. We especially loved the den with all the great books. Wonderful location. Breakfast awaits before you're off and running. Try the granola. Easy communication before and during our stay although we missed meeting in person. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thx Rie

Marie’s home was like home away from home. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many thoughtful touches. The conservatory was the perfect place for breakfast and the garden is a peaceful place for contemplation. The location is perfect for exploring Glastonbury and the surrounding area and I would definitely recommend it for value and comfort with everything you need for a wonderful stay. I can’t wait to visit again.

Had a wonderful stay with Rie end of August. Was lucky to stay in the gold room, has a beautiful and huge en-suite bathroom with an enormous bathtub! Very welcome after day of extensive walks. Rie is an amazing host, very helpful with tips on local events, and her location is perfect for easy walk into town. Highly recommend!

Such a welcoming and relaxed place! We felt instantly at home! Rie was so warm and kind! She even had a birthday cake ready for my arrival as she knew it was my birthday that day! We stayed in the Gold Room which had a beautiful bath to relax in! I will be back every time I come to Glastonbury! Beautiful

What a gem! Sunny, light-filled rooms, perfectly situated to both the High Street and an easy walk to the Tor, Chalice Well and other sacred sites. Rie is an amazing hostess with added touches that make you feel truly and home and taken care of during your stay.

Rie's Place is beautiful, clean and so handy for walking around Glastonbury. Rie is a warm, kind hearted host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We both loved Marie’s house. The bed was comfy, the bedroom overlooked the back of the house was so peaceful and quiet. The bathroom looks new, loads of toiletries for us to use. We had a wonderful breakfast. A great location, easily walkable to the High Street and Chalice Wells. And Marie is lovely and a fabulous host, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Ries retreat is a great place to stay. Walking distance to Glastonbury. We stayed in the Gold room which has a beautiful big ensuite bathroom. There was fresh cut flowers from the garden in vases which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of fresh fruit, croissants, home made granola, eggs etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Marie is a fantastic host who has a warm, friendly and happy soul. Definitely highly recommend this place.

I had the best experience! Rie is such a warm and welcoming host that made me feel so comfortable as a solo traveler. Her house is beautiful, modern, clean and updated, and conveniently located minutes from town and all the special sites. Her homemade granola that she offers in the morning is so good and she was very accommodating of a vegan diet. She also gave me a lift to the train station which was very helpful and kind. I would recommend Rie’s retreat to anyone looking for a homey and comfortable stay while exploring all the magic that Glasto has to offer!

Rie's home is beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Better than expected. Minutes walk to Glastonbury town, and Rie has lots of great advice on places to visit, eat etc. There is a lovely selection of breakfast in the mornings, and Rie's homemade granola is amazing! Rie is an amazing host who clearly loves doing her best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her and the small details and little touches she adds make you feel welcome as soon as you step inside the front door. We were a group of Italians and she even spoke Italian to us!

Having stayed in a number of air bnbs this one tops the lot. I booked the whole house for an instructor retreat and team building and its a wonderful space for workshops too. so of you're looking to run a small retreat don't bother looking elsewhere this has got it all. Thoughtfully done out everything is top spec, lovely gardens and a 5 minute walk to Glastonbury high street. so I gave the team some time out to explore the sites which was gratefully received and as it's so close its achievable. The icing on the cake was the host herself, Rie. she really looked after us with lots of extra touches and is a genuinely lovely, interesting and joyful person. what was nice is she makes it clear that she's there if you want her , and it's very private the best host I've encountered . I've tried to think of a downside but I honestly say I can't think of one. wonderful, 5 stars.

Really nice house. Marie was helpful and timely with her communication and we had a great time in glastonbury. Living spaces and rooms are nice and as pictured. Kitchen was great and Marie let us help ourselves to her food which was very nice of her. Marie is friendly and helpful. When the house is rented out as a whole she lives in a cabin in the garden as indicated in her listing info.

Marie's place is a big, clean and comfortable house and we really enjoyed our stay there. We were really well looked after and there were loads of thoughtful touches to make our stay even better. The highlight of the house for us was the kitchen, which is huge and really well kitted out, and made cooking really easy.

Ries place is lovely. Everything is so clean, lovely comfy beds and sofas and a lovely big garden. Rie was very welcoming, we felt so at home. She cooked us lovely food and there were so many lovely little touches. A 10 minute walk from the centre of Glastonbury it is perfectly located. I would definitely recommend a stay and we will be back soon!!

My family of 13 stayed at 5 Airbnbs throughout our 3 weeks stay in England. Rie's house is definitely the best. It is cosy, its contemporary design is very pleasing, the cleanest so far and we regret only staying there for a night. We enjoyed cooking in her kitchen, did some washing, enjoyed her garden and when we finally met her at the end of the stay, Rie turned out to be a warm, bubbly and friendly host. I could not recommend staying here more.

House is large, good for some downtime. Large eating table opens into garden which is lovely & relaxing. The town is very interesting...we suggest you climb the Tor for a great view! Parking is so easy & Marie had coffee & breakfast easy at hand for the mornings. Great stay!

Rie’s house is a wonderful and perfect accommodation in the center of Glastonbury! It is furnished with so much love for the detail, we felt very comfortable and were pleased to stay there! It has a big kitchen, two so loveley planned living rooms and the highlight for us was the winter garden with so much light and warmth! Rie provided many towels and also soaps and hygiene articles. There were plenty types of tea, we also got milk and eggs - so much, rarely an Airbnb offered to me! Rie and Caroline both are so lovely and welcoming! We had a perfect stay and can highly recommend everyone to plan your visit at Rie’s House!

Rie's house is an absolutely brilliant Air BnB. Spotlessly clean, lovely thick carpets and very soft towels. The house is filled with lots of thoughtful touches, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into ensuring her guests have a good stay. It's a short walk to the local pubs and it's very easy to find and check in. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.
